For nearly two decades in education, Carolyn has dedicated her professional life to guiding students through meaningful self-discovery. Beginning as a language teacher, then serving as a World Language Department Chair, and now working as a college counselor, she has consistently helped students connect deeply with who they are and why that matters in their present and future.
Carolyn blends practical college guidance with deep reflection, helping students tell their stories with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. She deeply believes in the power of reflection, cultural and self-awareness, and personal growth to help students lead purposeful, authentic lives.
Through national and regional conference presentations, Carolyn has shared her expertise in strength-based strategies, authentic communication, and thoughtful curriculum design to empower students and educators to grow with purpose.
